Rental Conditions

• Choose pickup from our location or postal delivery.
• The rental price includes up to 3 calendar days: one day to collect the costume (or receive it after delivery), one day for your event and one day to return the costume (or hand it over to the shipping carrier).
• Shipping transit time is not counted as rental time. Time spent with the shipping carrier is free and does not reduce your rental period.
• Delivery and return shipping costs are not included and are paid by the customer.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays. Please order in advance to allow sufficient delivery time.
• Each additional rental day: €19.
• Refundable security deposit: €300.
• The costume must be returned complete and without damage.
• The security deposit is refunded after inspection of the returned costume.
