SHIPPING POLICY


We ship orders to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg.


We may also ship to other countries worldwide upon request. For such shipments, delivery times, shipping costs, and conditions may vary and are not guaranteed.


Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


Estimated delivery times

Belgium: 1–2 business days  

Netherlands: 1–2 business days  

France: 2–5 business days  

Germany: 2–5 business days  

Luxembourg: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the order.


International shipping

For destinations outside the countries listed above, delivery times may be longer and conditions may differ. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other external factors.


Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our reasonable control.


Risk and delivery


For deliveries within the European Union, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the delivery address provided by you.


Delivery is considered completed when the goods are delivered to the specified address and made available to you.


For shipments outside the European Union, once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


For international shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for communication with shipping carriers, customs authorities, and local delivery services in case of delays, loss, or damage.


Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
