How mascot costume rental works

Three days for your celebration

Day 1 — Collection

Collect the costume from us or pick up your parcel at a collection point.

Day 2 — Your event

Enjoy the celebration and surprise your guests as the mascot.

Day 3 — Return

Bring the costume back or hand the parcel to the delivery company.

Time spent in transit does not count towards the rental period. Your rental ends as soon as you hand the return parcel to the carrier.

Rental prices and deposit

Rental: €50 for up to 3 calendar days.
Additional day: €19.
Security deposit: €300, refunded after the costume has been checked.
Shipping: the customer pays for delivery and return postage.

Good to know

Please return the complete costume in undamaged condition. We refund the deposit after inspection.

If you need delivery, book well in advance. Joy & Grow cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

My daughter Elizabeth celebrated her fifth birthday, and the party was wonderful! A huge thank-you to Tatiana for the excellent organisation and warm atmosphere. The fun and interactive activities never stopped: the children made giant soap bubbles and slime, tried VR headsets, danced with a giant bear, and received little gifts after the competitions. Everyone was delighted!
Tatiana did an amazing job with a whole crowd of 25 children! Keeping such a large group of four-, five- and six-year-olds engaged and involving every child in group activities is simply fantastic. Thank you to Tanja for entertaining the children at our daughter's birthday party! I only had to take care of the food, because Tanja managed the entire children's programme.

Every detail had been thought through: games, giant soap bubbles, slime that the children made themselves and took home, and a visit from the Stitch mascot.

When Stitch appeared, the children crowded around him, hugging and stroking him, and didn't want to leave. It was so sweet 💙 One girl was so reluctant to go home that she even got upset when her dad came to collect her :)

But the best part isn't just their responsible approach — it's the incredible content and quality of the shows they put on. How long can I rent a mascot costume?

The standard rental period is up to 3 calendar days: one day to collect or receive the costume, one day for your event and one day to return it. Time spent in transit with the carrier does not count towards your rental period.

Can a mascot costume be delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands?

Yes. We deliver mascot costumes in Belgium and the Netherlands. Collection is also possible. Delivery and return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How much does it cost to rent a mascot?

Mascot costume rental starts at €50. Each additional rental day costs €19. A refundable security deposit of €300 applies and is returned after the costume has been checked.

Can I rent a mascot for a children's party?

Yes. Our mascot costumes are suitable for children's parties, birthdays and other events. If you prefer a visit with a performer in costume, you can book a mascot visit.
